Thank you for choosing Q1 Day Spa as your sanctuary of relaxation and wellness. To ensure we provide you with the best experience possible, please review our terms and conditions before your visit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellations & Reschedules

We understand that unexpected situations arise, but we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (7 days for group bookings of four or more).

• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total booking or deposit amount (whichever is greater).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price or the full deposit amount.
• Gift vouchers used as deposits will be forfeited in full if canceled within 48 hours.

To help us provide the best experience, please inform us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you have any special requests for your treatment.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Q1 Day Spa is located at Q1 Resort & Spa, 9 Hamilton Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Please allow extra time to find parking, check in, and relax before your treatment.

• Arrive minimum 15 minutes early to complete any required paperwork.
• If you are running late, please call us. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests.
• If we are running behind, we will honor the full duration of your treatment.

Creating a Tranquil Environment

Q1 Day Spa is a peaceful retreat for all guests. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you:

• Turn off or silence your phone before entering the spa.
• Speak softly and be mindful of others enjoying their treatments.
• Store personal items and jewelry safely. Q1 Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please inform reception within 10 minutes so we can promptly address your concerns.

Respect & Professionalism

Q1 Day Spa has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including sexual harassment of therapists or staff.

If any guest engages in inappropriate conduct, the treatment will immediately stop, and the guest will be asked to leave. Our team’s safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Payments & Bookings

• A 50% deposit is required for all appointments. Bookings without a deposit may be canceled without notice.
• Deposits must be paid 48 hours before the appointment to secure your booking.
• We accept card, cash, and HICAPS payments (remedial massage only is eligible for private health rebates).
• A 2% surcharge applies to card payments, and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
• Group bookings cannot be split-billed.
• Refunds from our system take 1-3 business days to process.

Changes to booking duration must be made in advance. If you reduce your treatment time on the day, you will still be charged for the original booking.

For group bookings of up to five guests, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you have any specific requests.

Gift Vouchers & Store Credit

Our gift vouchers are the perfect way to share relaxation and wellness with loved ones.

• Available for purchase in-store and online, they can be used for any spa treatment or package.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be used for retail purchases.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for treatments or products unless required by Australian Consumer Law, including:

• If we are unable to provide a purchased treatment or product.
• If you decline to provide required information for a prepaid service.

Treatments and products are non-transferable, and refunds are not given for change of mind. A 5% processing feeapplies to all refunds.
